Privacy notice

Short version: this site doesn't track you, and anything you send me is only used to reply to you.

Who I am

Built by Wes is run by Wes Quinn, a designer and digital marketer based in Dublin, Ireland. You can contact me at hello@builtbywes.ie.

What this site collects

This website uses its own fonts, images and video. It has no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics that follow you around the web. The website host, Cloudflare, may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

Enquiries

When you send the enquiry form, the details you enter (your name, email, message, and the services, budget and timing you choose) are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to hello@builtbywes.ie. I use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project. FormSubmit states it keeps submissions for 30 days. Its own privacy policy applies to that processing.

I don't add enquiries to a mailing list, and I don't sell or share your details.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as we're discussing or working on a project, and for a reasonable time afterwards for my records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@builtbywes.ie and I'll sort it. If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, you can contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
